WHO WE ARE
Carli Kapff is the MD of Genuine and has worked in the UK and European music industries for the past 20 years. With roles within Publishing, A&R, Marketing, Distribution, Management and Music Licensing, Carli has worked with artists including Jurassic 5, Reverend & The Makers, Calvin Harris, 2 Many DJs, Soul II Soul, Sigur Ros, Felix Da Housecat, Public Enemy, Inner City and Amp Fiddler, to name a few. Carli also manages a small roster of up-and-coming new British artists, including NME headliners, Golden Silver.

Paul Jarman has 15 years’ experience in public relations and communications He was latterly Director at Bell Pottinger Group, the UK’s largest PR group. Paul has worked for clients of all shapes, sizes and colours and prides himself on never losing his cool.
Hannah Thomson runs the PR and “activation” side of Genuine’s activities. She cut her teeth in the TV world at Granada and went on to work for the BBC’s commercial arm, BBC Worldwide before returning to Production via documentaries and news at CNBC and the BBC. For the past 7 years she has been working as a PR consultant for clients as diverse as LVMH, Tag Heuer, Nokia, Unicef, Canon and Unilever.
